Jungle Labs LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a supplier of laboratory research materials intended strictly for scientific and laboratory research purposes only. All products are designated for research use only and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption. Jungle Labs does not promote, market, or condone the use of any product in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws or regulations.

By using this website, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are purchasing on behalf of a laboratory, research institution, or qualified professional.
• You possess the knowledge, training, and equipment required to handle laboratory research materials safely.
• You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Jungle Labs reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

All products offered by Jungle Labs are for laboratory research purposes only. Products are not drugs, supplements, food, or cosmetic products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Customers agree not to use or allow products to be used for any unauthorized purpose.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that:

• Products are legal to purchase and possess in their jurisdiction.
• Materials are handled, stored, and disposed of safely and responsibly.
• All research conducted complies with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Jungle Labs shall not be liable for misuse, improper handling, or unlawful use of any product.

Jungle Labs strives to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and documentation. However, all information is provided for research reference only and is not guaranteed to be complete or error-free. Product availability, pricing, and specifications may change without notice. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) may be provided where available but are not guaranteed.

All orders are subject to verification and approval. Jungle Labs reserves the right to:

• Cancel or refuse any order.
• Limit quantities.
• Request additional information or documentation.
• Restrict purchases of certain products.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change at any time without notice. Customers agree to provide accurate billing information and use authorized payment methods. Jungle Labs reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders resulting from such errors.

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order is shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer. Jungle Labs is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, customs issues, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Due to the sensitive and specialized nature of laboratory research materials, Jungle Labs maintains a strict no-return and no-refund policy. All sales are final. Jungle Labs does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Customer error or incorrect product selection.
• Change of mind.
• Improper handling or storage after delivery.
• Shipping delays or carrier-related issues.
• Legal or regulatory restrictions in the customer’s jurisdiction.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, the customer must notify Jungle Labs within 48 hours of delivery. Supporting documentation such as photographs may be required. Jungle Labs may, at its sole discretion, replace the item or issue store credit. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Jungle Labs. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in account termination, order cancellation, and legal action.

All content on this website, including logos, branding, text, graphics, and product images, is the exclusive property of Jungle Labs LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jungle Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its website or products. Customers assume all risk associated with research and product use.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jungle Labs LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of products, violation of laws, or breach of these Terms.

Jungle Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the website or services at any time without notice.

Use of this website is also governed by the Jungle Labs Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Affiliate partners must comply with all applicable laws and Jungle Labs policies. Misrepresentation or unlawful promotion may result in termination of affiliate status.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts of Texas.

Jungle Labs reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
