Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about how Jungle Labs ships your orders and handles return requests.

01Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after standard business hours may be processed on the next business day.

02Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin once the order has been dispatched and are not guaranteed. Estimated delivery times may vary based on:

  • Geographic location
  • Carrier availability
  • Weather conditions or seasonal demand
  • Customs inspections (if applicable)
03Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, selected shipping method, and package weight and dimensions. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders — threshold displayed at checkout.

04Risk of Loss & Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer. Jungle Labs is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Customs holds
  • Incorrect address information provided by the customer
  • Natural disasters or force majeure events
05Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect address details may incur additional shipping fees. Jungle Labs is not responsible for non-delivery due to customer address errors.

06Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • Order number
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the packaging and contents

Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

07Return Policy

Due to the sensitive and specialized nature of research-use materials, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering errors made by the customer
  • Improper handling or misuse of products
  • Opened or used products
  • Shipping delays or carrier-related issues
08Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Your claim must include order number, description, and photographic evidence. Upon review, we may at our sole discretion:

  • Provide a replacement
  • Issue a store credit
  • Offer a refund only where replacement is not possible
