Terms of Sale

All orders placed through junglexlabs.com are subject to verification and acceptance by Jungle Labs LLC. We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion
• Limit quantities purchased per customer
• Request additional verification or documentation
• Restrict purchases of certain products

An order confirmation email does not guarantee order acceptance. Orders may be cancelled if verification fails or stock is unavailable.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change at any time without notice. By placing an order, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete billing information
• Use only authorized payment methods
• Pay the full amount shown at checkout including applicable taxes and fees

Jungle Labs reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel any orders affected by such errors, even after an order confirmation has been sent.

Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Jungle Labs is not responsible for:

• Duplicate orders placed by the customer
• Incorrect product selections
• Incorrect quantities ordered

By completing a purchase, you confirm that all products are being acquired strictly for laboratory research purposes only. You represent that you are a qualified researcher or institution and that products will not be used for human consumption, medical purposes, or any unauthorized use.

Due to the specialized nature of research materials, all sales are final. Jungle Labs does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for:

• Change of mind or incorrect product selection
• Improper handling or storage after delivery
• Shipping delays or carrier-related issues
• Legal or regulatory restrictions in the customer’s jurisdiction

Once shipped, orders cannot be returned under any circumstances.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify Jungle Labs within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with your order number, description, and photographic evidence. At our sole discretion, we may provide a replacement or store credit. No monetary refunds will be issued.

Customers agree to contact Jungle Labs before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent, abusive, or unjustified chargebacks may result in:

• Permanent account termination
• Order cancellation
• Referral for legal action
• Recovery of fees and costs associated with the dispute

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from a purchase shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts of Texas.
